Sunny Bank Holiday Outfit

Hope you all had the best and hopefully a relaxing Bank Holiday. I certainly did a lot of sunbathing and took a break from Uni work and deadlines. My first year is nearly over and I hope to upload a lot more blog posts during my summer. For now here is a summery outfit of the day for you all. I don't know about you but hot weather always gets me excited for the proper summer and I always get tempted by the summer clothing. Big favourites so far for me have been Primark and H&M. Recently Primark have got in some amazing summer crop tops from £3... honestly amazing. As well H&M is always a favourite of mine in the summer for their shorts, dresses and playsuits, they always fit me so well.

Anyway, thank you for reading this very short post and keep scrolling for more info on this outfit!

A Week of Uni Outfits

I'm back and oh boy you have no idea how long this has taken me to put together! In todays post I'm going to be sharing some of my typical uni outfits with you. I won't lie I've been planning this for weeks but I kept forgetting to take the outfit photos! OOPS, but here it is ... finally.  These outfits are realistic as to what I would wear on an average week, most of this isn't super new so I won't have the exact links but I"m going to find some similar items for you all. I personally really enjoy both writing and reading outfit posts just for general style Inspo. Then again my outfits all seem to branch out from a pair of black jeans, believe me I want to try new things but I always got straight back to my comfort zone. In the summer and warmer weather however I will hopefully have a bit more variety, so bare with me. I don't know about you but I'm super excited for it to start to get a little warmer now!

Keep reading to see the outfits, and I know I've said this before but check out my 21 Buttons for more outfits like this! I took these all on my phone in the mirror so no super fancy blogger shots today but ah well thats how it's got to be now I'm super busy with Uni. Got a hectic week ahead when I'm writing this but hopefully I can get a bit more content up for you all shortly - I'm aiming to write a bit more today so fingers cross. Anyways.. read on!

Summer Styling // OOTD

So I've just got back from my holiday in Devon and while I was away I took some OOTD photos to put into a blog post. Getting a head start in the Beach holiday season, today's outfit is something simple for the beach, tho to be honest I'll be wearing this out and about on the warmer of the summer days. Also watch out for

Summer Tag

It looks like in the UK it's trying to be summer... I mean it's sunny as I'm writing this but that could all change. I've been excited for the summer for a while, being in my last year of Sixth Form it has helped a lot knowing theres a huge summer round the corner, one I plan on making the most of before uni. So today I'm gunna share my answers to the Summer Tag to help feel more determined to work hard before the countdown to relaxing summer days. So here's 10 quick questions about my summer preferences.

Bank Holiday Outfits // Quick OOTD

Okay so this post isn't exactly on time, oops. But last weekend I took a quick photograph of my outfits as a short taster of summer style. I hope you have all had a lovely half term, even though I can imagine there has been a lot of revising (that's currently what I'm doing today, but I've taken a short break to write this.) I had a pretty busy half term

ASOS Haul || Party/ Night Out

I've been doing a bit of online shopping recently (much to my bank accounts annoyance) and I thought I would share a few of the ASOS items I have brought. Just a quick disclaimer, I am using the online ASOS images for this post as I don't have the time or anyone to take the photos of me in the outfits :( but I will say that they all fit well, I was a little worried as I am quite short!...

Starting with dresses I have a few parties coming up - perks of everyone turning 18 this year - and the sale dresses were amazing, both dresses I picked up came to £10 or less each! The first being this red/ burgundy shade with cut out front section. (link here) Many of you that know me, know there are very few colours that I actually wear (I'm very much a monochrome girl..) but this shade is one that I do actually own a few other items in. For me this dress is very flattering and perfect for a party or formal occasion. The second dress is again in one of the few colours I actually own/ wear. (link here) Khaki is one of my favourite colours right now. This dress has a simple style, yet the eyelit detail adds a little extra. With both of these dresses I was worried about the length, as before I mentioned I'm not exactly the tallest, but I had no trouble.

An essential I feel for everyones party wardrobe is a simple black skirt. Somehow I've managed to loose the one I had before - legit cannot find it anywhere - so I took to ASOS to find a new one. Once again a basic item and therefore pretty inexpensive, £10 ASOS own brand (link here). I personally love to style these with a cropped top - before Christmas I picked up a black lace top from H&M and also a velvet grey one from Top Shop. This skirt is a real saviour when you're unsure what to wear on a night out.

I also picked up - again in Khaki - a simple top, perfect to wear to family events or meals out. I'd previously brought a black version from River Island and loved the style, so I couldn't resist when seeing this on ASOS, again (a recurring theme on my blog) this was pretty inexpensive at £14 (link here).

Thats all I have to share today, but I recommend you check out the ASOS sale as I'm pretty sure it is still at 70% off right now. Once again apologies that these are just online photos - I aim once the weather gets better to try and do a few more outfit posts. See you next time, goodbye.

Making the most of the sun

It's currently the evening and it's still baking hot - both a positive and a negative.. There is not much time left to enjoy the summer sun, but with the bank holiday coming up what better time to do the summer things you've just not got round to yet.

ASOS Wishlist

Now many of you might be able to relate to this, I find myself scrolling through online shops in my 'spare time' mentally spending money that I don't really have.. But anyway, I have always loved ASOS, I actually got both my prom dress last year and my dress for this years Sixth Form ball from ASOS, so today I have put together just a few of the items that are currently in my wishlist.
